I had the delightful experience of staying in a hotel with no hot water, no reception, and filthy facilities, but hey, the location was great!

Who needs cleanliness, hot water, or a responsive staff anyway? It's all part of the charm, right?

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our belongings. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train and bus stations. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the courtyard. We had everything we needed, including fresh towels and complimentary coffee and tea.

It was a great value for the money. Cons: Nothing to fault.

The location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to see and do. the staff were helpful and responsive, always available to assist us with any issues or requests. We were impressed with the spaciousness of the room, with high ceilings and a large window that let in plenty of natural light.

The key system was a bit inconvenient, as there weren't enough keys for everyone in our room. Communication with the receptionist was difficult at times, as their English was limited.

Lovely staff, well-treated late check-in, very clean room, fast to center and train station, tidy and spacious room, comfy bed and bathroom.

    Nothing, all excellent.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from the main square and conveniently near the railway and bus station. the staff were very pleasant and even allowed me to check in earlier and store my belongings. the room was clean and the facility had good amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary coffee and tea. the ensuite bathroom had a modern, spacious shower and a hairdryer was provided.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel. the communication with the receptionist was difficult due to their limited English proficiency, which made it challenging to convey any concerns or requests.

The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The staff was amazing, always friendly and helpful. I had a spacious room with a high ceiling and a large window overlooking the courtyard. The room was clean and well-equipped with amenities such as fresh towels, complimentary coffee and tea, and even a hairdryer. The communication with the management was excellent, they facilitated a late check-out for me at no extra cost. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were a few minor drawbacks. there was no running hot water, but luckily I had managed to shower beforehand.

The communication was on point, and the late check out was a lifesaver at no extra cost! The location was insane, just a short walk to the main square. Getting in and out of the hostel was a breeze, and the room was massive. The old building had character without any icky smells. The ensuite bathroom was a dream with a fantastic shower and a hairdryer. Plus, they provided fresh towels and linen, as well as complimentary coffee and tea. The room was spotless, except for the minor hiccup of no hot water, but they fixed it in a flash. amazing value for money! And did I mention, WiFi was fire and the bed was super comfy! The staff were absolute gems, always friendly, responsible, and ready to help. The location was prime, not too close to the train station, but just right. And they even let me check in early and store my belongings when I had nowhere else to go. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay!
